Tom yum tuna sehat instructions
- Cuci bersih ikan tuna dan lumuri jeruk nipis utk menghilangkan bau amis, diamkan sebentar, kemudian cuci kembali, atau didiamkan juga ngga apa2.
- Haluskan cabe merah, bawang merah, bawang putih, kunyit bakar dan jahe.
- Tuang sedikit minyak dlm wajan, kemudian tumis bawang bombay iris dan bumbu halus.
- Tambahkan daun salam, daun jeruk dan serai yg sdh digeprek.
- Biarkan hingga tumisan bumbu berbau harum.
- Masukkan ikan tuna, aduk sebentar, kemudian masukan air sebanyak 150 ml.
- Masak terus hingga air berkurang dan ikan matang.
- Setelah air berkurang, tambahkan garam, gula pasir, merica bubuk, totole, minyak wijen..aduk merata.
- Terakhir masukan daun bawang dan perasan lemon.
- Dicicipi terlebih dahulu, tambahkan bumbu secukupnya sesuai selera.
- Bila kuah sudah mengental, angkat.
- Disajikan hangat-hangat untuk lauk makan siang.
